Hemispheric Plate Fusion
Showcasing small plates from South America (Lima) and Asia (Tokyo) the Chefs at Zengo in Denver make the "give and take" of sharing part of a great dining experience during October. From Rainbow Ceviche to Sarsa Salad to the Mixed Cocktails they take fusion to a higher level where you really need the menu through the entire experience so that your eyes, brain and taste buds are in sync or should I say fused. The "everyday" menu offers more of the same in their Antojitos/Dim Sum, Fried Rice/Noodles,Ceviches,Sushi Rolls and Large Plates. Hats off (or should I say on!) to these Chefs.
